When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, we will conduct a verification process and update you as soon as possible by Doodeal website email and sms.

Delivery time, you will be able to see the ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.

You will get inform if the product is temporary out of stock and re-schedule delivery time.

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped. 

Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 


Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?

Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us.
