Refund & Return Policy

For you to feel at peace to shop online under the roof of, we provide “10 days Refund & Return Policy” of all products you’ve purchased. If you are not satisfied with your purchase (damaged during shipment or wrong item/type/shade/etc), you can send it back to us

What is your return policy?

Return must be done within 10 working days upon receiving your order.

Returns are provided for all items (expect sales/promotion items, intimates, swim wears, accessories, bag, food and voucher).

Return must be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered), damaged items must be returned together with their original box.

We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it doesn’t meet all mentioned conditions.

You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.

Kindly contact us at before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed, please provide the return item tracking number for all items.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us and kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent. 

How do I return an item?

Please do the following to return you item to us:

1.     Email your inquiry to with the subject “Return Item”. We will assist you as soon as possible. (Please provide your order number, name of item(s), picture(s) of item(s) to be returned).

2.     Mail it back using the postal service or courier of your choice.

3.     Once we receive the return item(s) we will immediately inspect the product to make sure it meets our terms and conditions. (see below)

4.     If the returned product meets our requirements you will receive the refund in the form of the original payment within 7-14 days.

Terms and Conditions for returns:

1.     Items must be unused and in their original condition.

2.     All original tags and packaging must be attached to the item.

3.     Sale, Free, Limited Edition items cannot be returned.

4.     We reserves the right to reject any return claim.
